It is most common for a lot of us to take many aspects of our lifestyle for granted. If we have never been the victim of crime such as theft or home invasion, or break-ins then we normally don’t dwell on these mishaps. Then how about your neighborhood? You may have lived there for years and have not noticed the subtle changes that have taken place over the years. In the beginning it would seem that most families had at least one family member that was home all day, and the majority of houses were never vacant during the day. Over the years new families have moved in with different lifestyles. Homes are now empty during the day with all the adults being out at jobs. This creates a good atmosphere for thieves.
