Remind them to lock their vehicles when they are leaving them. Encourage them not to leave their valuables in the vehicle, or if they have to then put them out of sight.
It is also a good idea to show your visitors your fire route escape plan. Don’t forget they do not know the layout of your home as well as you do. If such a disaster should strike then they will be prepared to exit in the proper manner.
