Yes, This installation requires 2 Door Guardians. One is positioned at the top of the fixed door and 1 Door Guardian is mounted on the fixed door between the fixed and operating door. Some homes will not allow the installation of a Door Guardian on the bottom of the door because the Door Guardian does require room to flip and level door ways will not allow for the space required for the Door Guardian to flip.
We recommend the installation of Door Guardians on Double doors to be performed by experienced locksmiths.
